Pros & Cons
- The super aggressive knob profile makes the Maxxis Aggressor suitable for mountain bike trails and fast descents.
- The knobs have enough clearance so that mud does not clump as quickly grip is maintained.
- The Exo-Protection on the sidewalls protects against cuts from sharp objects.
- Sturdy mountain bike tyre so punctures are unlikely.
- Tubeless Ready technology makes the tyres easy to make tubeless with 90ml of latex sealant per tyre.
- The knobs are too tall for dry, flat courses.
- Tubeless sealant should generally be topped up every 3-6 months.

Supergrip at the expense of enormous rolling resistance
I have been riding these tyres for six months now, in terms of grip, especially on wet surfaces great, but the bike has turned into a tractor, rolling resistance has increased significantly. I'm going back to Schwalbe again.

The front tyre for mud and loose sand
Nice wide tyre, so am fitting only front however, rear rides like a tractor, very heavy.

This is a great winter tyre
For such an aggressive tread pattern these tyres roll brilliantly. The side knobs are awesome!
